This current job openings include: GNC and Robotics Engineer position
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- Define the GNC architecture and robotic arm kinematics
- Perform simulations of the spacecraft with robotic and docking system (MATLAB/Simulink).
- Perform RdV trajectory design, optimization and analysis (MATLAB/Simulink).
- Perform capture trajectory (with robotic arm) design, optimization and analysis (MATLAB/Simulink/Simscape).
- Implement satellite and robotic arm control algorithms in Matlab/Simulink
- Size, assess, trade-off and select GNC sensors, actuators and propulsion systems.
- Preparation of the analysis reports.
Required experience:
- Experience of GNC algorithm design e.g. navigation filters, guidance strategies and controllers.
- Experience with control algorithms and trajectory generation for robotics arms
- Experience of MATLAB/Simulink and Simscape with GNC and robotics dedicated toolboxes.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge and experience of GNC for rendezvous and pose estimation sensors and methods.
- Experience of satellite trajectory design and analysis e.g. walking safety ellipses, passively safe trajectories, abort manoeuvres and collision avoidance manoeuvres.
- Experience of GNC algorithm design e.g. navigation filters, guidance strategies and controllers
- Experience with control algorithms for manipulators compliant control
