Head of Electronics Section
- At least 5 years of experience in the space industry, or 10 years of experience in the automation and robotics or aerospace industries in a managerial or senior specialist role.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and development of electronic systems.
- Supporting the Business Development Section in preparing the technical aspects of proposals.
- Identifying new funding opportunities, tenders, and projects in the field of electronics.
- Providing expertise and support in shaping the Company’s electronics development strategy.
- Technical support for projects related to electronics.
- Preparing and approving project, technical, manufacturing, and design documentation.
- Supporting the control and monitoring of resources within the electronics area.
- Close cooperation with Project Managers responsible for electronics-related projects.
- Developing and defining standards, processes, and tools supporting electronics activities.
- Supporting the preparation of proposal and project budgets related to electronics.
- Supporting compliance verification of projects against electronics-related requirements.
- Coordinating, supervising, and planning the work of the Electronics Team.
- Providing technical support during recruitment processes for the Electronics Team.
- Participating in employee performance evaluation processes within the Electronics Section.
- Managing the salary budget of the Electronics Section.
- Participating in prototype, assembly, and system testing activities.
- Participating in project reviews with customers.
- Cooperating with workshops, suppliers, and component manufacturers.
Requirements
- University degree in a technical field (preferred disciplines: Electronics, Automation and Robotics, or related fields).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the space industry, or 10 years of experience in the automation and robotics or aerospace industries in a managerial or senior specialist role.
- Experience in electronics design, component selection, and performing analyses such as PSA, WCA, and similar engineering assessments.
- Knowledge of ECSS standards related to electronics design.
- Very good command of English (minimum B2 level), enabling effective communication and the preparation and review of technical documentation.
- Experience in electronic circuit design.
- Experience in bringing PCB designs into production.
- Experience in designing and testing electronic circuits.
- Experience in designing multilayer PCBs.
- Knowledge of 32-bit microcontrollers.
- Experience in performing electronic circuit simulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of Altium Designer.
- Knowledge of LTspice or similar simulation software.
- Ability to prepare testing, manufacturing, and engineering documentation.
Nice to Have
- Experience in designing motor controllers and power supply systems.
- Experience in or educational background related to the space or aerospace sector.
- Participation in electronics testing campaigns conducted in accordance with ECSS standards.
- Experience in flight hardware projects.
- Experience in designing, assembling, and testing devices or systems related to the space sector or robotics.
- Experience in work planning and team management.
