Last month our team, consisting of: Arkadiusz Łukasiak, Tomasz Adamczyk-Koryewo, Paweł Janusiak, had the pleasure of visiting our partner: DLR (Deutches Zentrum fur Luft – und Raumfahrt).
The purpose of the visit was to integrate the LAR DM2 gripper on the Caesar (Compliant Assistance and Exploration SpAce Robot) arm. Control of the gripper and arm was possible by the HOTDOCK interface from Space Applications Services.
The project is being carried out under the EROSS+ program funded by the EU’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program.
