On 27th of  February 2023, the mobile exhibition entitled. “SPARKS OF INDEPENDENCE”.

It is a multimedia show presenting the achievements of Polish men and women who changed the world.

The show will take place in two specially prepared multimedia trucks. In one of them you can see the PIAP Space Debris Gripper realized in the ADRexp project and a replica of a Polish bulletproof vest from 1901 made by the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Łódź Institute of Technology.

Here are a few words from the Head of the Promotion and Projects Department at the Niepodległa Office – Michał Kosiorek

“The history of Polish independence is the extraordinary story of Polish men and women who, in many different fields of life, broke barriers, broadened horizons, made groundbreaking discoveries and made the name of Poland famous throughout the world. We wanted to tell the story of these extraordinary people in an unusual and surprising way. In specially designed trucks with retractable walls, we were able to create a space of more than 50 square meters where a performance using the latest technological solutions will take place. A narrator – a mysterious digital being – moves around the exhibition on a moving screen and ‘activates’ its successive chapters.

The performance is a kind of colorful music video in which we learn about the achievements of scientists, inventors, artists, sportsmen or travellers. There will also be topical themes related to security, energy or solidarity (in both capital and small letters)”.

The mobile exhibition will visit 100 towns and cities across Poland, starting its tour in Przemyśl on 2nd March. We invite you to visit the exhibition!
