Sergiusz Sawin – President of the Management Board

Sergiusz Sawin is a co-founder and former Vice President of The Heart Venture Builder, where he served as Head of Operations, overseeing the development of services for corporate clients. Over the past 20 years, Sergiusz has led numerous strategy and innovation consulting projects around the world – from Western Europe, the US, to the Middle East and Southeast Asia. He is also an expert of the European Commission in the area of Pre-commercial Procurement (PCP) and a speaker at the Warsaw edition of TEDx.

He has extensive experience in leading projects and strategy workshops for company boards. He is also a renowned expert, speaker and lecturer in Blue Ocean Strategy, Outcome-Driven-Innovation, Value Proposition Design, Design Thinking, Business Model Generation methods.

He participated in many space missions working with engineers and scientists from Europe, USA, Japan, China and Russia. Co-author of several patents and scientific publications. He has extensive experience in space mechanisms, tribology, satellite structures and space robotics. As a Board Member of the Space Sector Employers Association, he actively supports the development of the space industry in Poland.

Kamil Grassmann – Vice President at PIAP Space

Kamil Grassmann is an experienced systems engineer and project manager with over 15 years of experience in the technology and space industries. He has been involved in numerous research and development projects, managing teams and implementing innovative solutions in systems engineering, mechanics, and space technologies.

He specializes in managing technological projects and has extensive experience leading interdisciplinary teams and developing product strategies. He has collaborated with scientific institutions, space sector companies, and various startups. He is a co-author of several patents and numerous scientific publications in the fields of space mechanisms, satellite structures, and space robotics.

Currently, he serves as Vice President at PIAP Space, where he is responsible for the strategic development of technologies and overseeing the company’s key projects.
